No, neither property has an elevator and unfortunately, they are not wheelchair accessible. La Esquina has approximately 15 stairs to access the property plus any additional stairs depending on the room you are assigned to (first or second floor). Casa Pata Salada has rooms that have anywhere from 30-170 stairs.
No, we do not have any extra beds, but we do have pack'n'plays readily available for any guest bringing a baby.
Any date changes and/or modifications to the reservation that would make it of a lesser cost than the time of booking must be made up to 60 days prior to arrival. You may make upgrades or add on extra nights at any point in time.
Casa Pata Salada and La Esquina both are located on the south end of Sayulita on Calle Pescadores but only about 3 blocks from the main town center. Most places are walking distance from the properties.
If a room is for 4 guests then only 4 guests will be permitted whether they are children or adults. We do not allow extra guests.
Smoking is NOT under any circumstances permitted inside of the rooms and a charge to the guest will incur if there is cigarette odor in the room. We do allow guests to smoke in the pool area as long as they clean up the butts afterwards. Smoking is also permitted on the balconies of the rooms as long as patio doors to the room are completely shut.

We have an office cellphone that is always with someone 24/7. If it is an EMERGENCY with the room that absolutely cannot wait until the morning or until we are back in office hours, then you are welcome to call us at +52 322-230-5327.

Sorry, neither property allows visitors for the comfort of other guests. We recommend if you are coming in families or with friends that you all stay at the same property.
Yes, no need to bring water bottles. Each room has a filtered water machine.
We do not, each room is equipped with a coffee maker and we provide filters but not ground coffee. We do not provide condiments either in our studios.
The penthouse at La Esquina DOES have coffee (pods only) and condiments provided.
Only at Casa Pata Salada are pets allowed. Please see our policies section for restrictions and rules about pets.
Yes, we provide beach towels. We also provide 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella per room.
La Esquina and Casa Pata Salada are not full service hotels. We do not have a front desk, concierge or bellboy service. If these services are provided to you it is out of the generosity of the staff and not a requirement.
La Esquina and Casa Pata Salada are self-check-in properties. All pertinent information for check in will be sent 1-2 days prior to your arrival.
There is street parking at the very top of Casa Pata Salada. The parking is unassigned and the spaces are first-come first-serve, therefore we can not guarantee a spot will be available.
Guests from La Esquina and Casa Pata Salada may use the parking if there is a space available.
Yes, there is housekeeping everyday except Sunday. Sheets and towels are changed out twice per week.
